1 Can I change/cancel my order? Yes, you may change/cancel your order within 6 hours of the placement of the order as long as it is not yet dispatched. 1 Does Saint G. ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. Its Free Delivery Worldwide.
International – We have free shipping Worldwide. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.
2 Is there an additional shipping charge? Within India – We have free shipping across India.
3 Is there a minimum order value to ship internationally? No. We do not have a minimum order value.
4 How long will it take for my order to reach me? Within New Delhi: Please allow 1-2 working days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 3 to 4 working days.
Non-metros and Interiors: Please allow 4-8 working days for the courier to be delivered.
International: Please allow 5-8 working days for the courier to be delivered.
5 How do I Redeem my store credit / voucher? Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.
1 How do I know an item is eligible for return? With in india: We adopt a 30-DAY FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed,and returned with all original packaging and tags. One products received source quality inspection is done the amount will be transferred to your account.
International: We offer the option of an exchange only within 24 to 48 hours of you receiving the order.
2 What abut my money? You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid forever.
3 What if I receive a damaged product? We take utmost care in our Quality Control process and also during shipping all our orders. In a rare case, if you do receive a damaged/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at (email) and we will take care of the rest.
4 Do you arrange reverse pickups? Within India: Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service. Incase your pincode isn’t serviceable, you will need to courier the product back to us.
International: You will need to ship the products back to us at your cost.
